In November 2016 someone left this very small young kitten by our house. We live on an acreage 15 miles from the nearest city. The first time I saw him, he came to eaat some cat food we leave out for our other cat Whiskers (who is about 13 years old) when I came home the next day, the kitten came out from a desk we left outside by our garage door. Since this was the second time and it was -16 degrees Celcius (-9F) I took it in or fear it would get frostbite or starve to death as it was very skinny. Anyway It is now over a year old, full of energy and very needy of love and attention. Benjamine has been fixed and shows a lot of intelligence. We can easily put a harness on him to take him out. If he gets the leash (18 feet) tangled around something, car wheels, he can figure out how to get out, or he will call for me to lead him out. He follows the leash lead, not like Whiskers, who will try to go somewhere else.
