My small cat

I recently adopted a cat from the Animal
Defense League in San Antonio, TX. She is about half the size of a normal house cat but is perfectly formed with the usual long, powerful legs. She is a gray tortoiseshell. The attendant said they estimated her to be about a year and a half old and will not get any bigger. She arrived at the shelter with a litter of kittens. I don't know what happened to the kittens. I've never seen such a small fully grown cat. I would like to know about anyone else's experience with this kind of cat. Is she a miniature? I'm not looking to breed her, as she's already been fixed.
