My silly Cat-Dog, But I am unsure of Breed

My cat is VERY VERY Unique! First he is a mitten paw he has 22 toes! He is overly affectionate, considering he is a cat! He follows me EVERY where in the house. He is just like a toddler. If mom goes to the restroom so does he. He loves to be pet and held, and always has to sit right beside me and he has to be touching me as well. He is a very very clean cat, I swear he cleans himself more than any cat I have seen. He is very energetic runs, jumps, and plays. When he hunts lets say the laser he gets down so far he is nearly flat to the ground and his ears go down sideways! I so wish I could get a picture it is very funny. He is a really good cat over all. I would LOVE to know his breed, and get ideas on how to better accommodate my home for him.
