BIG KITTY

I just looked out my back door and saw this large kitty! I know the pictures aren't very good, but I went out and measured based on where his head and back lined up against the furniture on target out there. Looks like sitting down, the top of his head is about 16 in off the ground, and standing up crawling into the cart, his back is between 16 and 18 in! Any ideas?!
